Why Infant Care in Singapore Matters

The first 18 months shape your baby’s brain development. Every sound, touch, and interaction builds neural pathways that support learning, emotional security, and growth. Choosing the right infant care in Singapore ensures your child develops in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

At Ilham, our private infant care Singapore programme combines evidence-based early childhood education with responsive, nurturing care. Our trained infant educators use play-based and sensory-rich activities to support cognitive, motor, and emotional development — all within a calm, structured environment aligned with strong values.

We provide trusted infant care Singapore services for babies aged 2 to 18 months at our centres in Boon Lay, Ubi, Tampines, Woodlands, Punggol, Hougang, and Yishun, giving families access to reliable, high-quality infant care close to home

Our Difference

What Makes Ilham's Infant Care Truly Islamic?

Most childcare centres in Singapore offer standard early childhood programmes. Ilham is different. Our infant care curriculum is designed around a holistic Islamic framework — nurturing your child’s spiritual, cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development in harmony, from the very beginning of their learning journey.

Our Islamic Infant Care Difference

  • Daily Quran recitation and Islamic nasheeds woven into routines — babies absorb the beauty of the Quran from birth
  • Islamic values — gratitude, kindness, patience — embedded in every caregiver interaction
  • Halal-only environment: all meals, snacks, and materials are fully halal-compliant
  • Caregivers trained in Islamic etiquette and cultural sensitivity for Muslim families
  • Prayer times acknowledged and respected throughout the daily schedule
  • Arabic exposure alongside English, Malay, and Mandarin from infancy

Language Immersion

4 Languages From the Very First Day

Research shows babies exposed to multiple languages early develop stronger cognitive flexibility, memory, and communication skills throughout life.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Islamic Infant Care

What age can my baby start infant care at Ilham?

We accept babies from 2 months old. We recommend registering early, as infant care places at Ilham are limited and in high demand.

Is the infant care room halal-compliant?

Yes. All food and materials in our infant care room are fully halal. Meals are prepared according to halal standards and supervised by trained staff.

How does the 4-language environment work for infants who cannot speak yet?

Language absorption begins long before speaking. Babies exposed to multiple languages in their first year develop stronger neural pathways for all languages simultaneously. Our caregivers naturally weave English, Malay, Arabic, and Mandarin into songs, interactions, and routines throughout the day.

Are infant care fees eligible for CDA and government subsidy?

Yes. Ilham is a licensed ECDA childcare centre. Our infant care fees are eligible for the Child Development Account (CDA), childcare subsidies, and MediSave. Visit our Fees & Subsidy page for the full breakdown.

Can I visit before enrolling?

Absolutely. We warmly encourage parents to book a personal tour of our infant care room before making any decision. You will meet our caregivers, see the environment, and have all your questions answered.
